1. The Center is composed of a number of components each of which contains sections reflecting the component's general topic. The graphical design is standard for the Center, but can be altered by you or by us to "fit" any specific design needs that you have. Your can also add components to the Center's homepage and add material of your own to the Center.

2. You might want to get an over-all sense of what the whole center contains before looking at each individual component. In order to do this, click on the Contents icon. You then will see an outline of all of the Center's material. You can click on anyone of the titles and go to the material itself.

3. In order to look at the Center one component at a time, go to the homepage and just click on each component and then each section within that component.

4. Subscription to the Center also entitles you to a coupon worth $400 for two 60-day job postings with our strategic partner, Diversity.com.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. The Center is a set of linked html files. These files can be loaded onto any Intranet and will not interfere with any other function of the Intranet. The only software required for access to the Center and to navigate within the Center is the regular Internet browser you have on your system.

2. The Center takes up approximately 50 megabytes of space on a web server.  The center's size will increase as quarterly updates are installed.
