skills-oriented workshop focuses on conflict as a normal and
inevitable part of a changing workplace and the ways conflict can
become an opportunity for enhancing productivity and organizational
effectiveness. Drawing on practical models for seeing conflict as a
"win-win" opportunity, this workshop provides analytical tools for
understanding the origins and dynamics of conflict and for assessing
one's own approaches to dealing with conflict.
Drawing on the author's broad
consulting and training experience, this workshop uses over 20 case
studies to develop conflict resolution skills for a variety of
interpersonal styles and situations. This workshop provides a unique
opportunity for addressing both diversity issues and conflict
resolution in ways that bridge both fields. This ready-to-use
